Why This Vault Exists
A health scare changed what I ate. It didn't have to change who I was at my own table.
I didn't want to give up Sunday pot roast. I wanted it to still taste like Sunday. So I rebuilt the recipes I actually missed — the ones that mean something — until my own family stopped noticing the difference. Every book in this Vault is what I wished someone had handed me on day one.
